Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion will be run until December 31st 2007.
2. The First Deposit Bonus is released to players as they earn BamBam Poker Points at ring games, Sit ‘n’ Go's and tournaments.
3. The required Poker Points will need to be accumulated within three months of the deposit. No credit will be done for points accumulated after the three month period has lapsed. 
4. It is the player’s responsibility to inform customer service for the credit.
5. Any Players found to be violating the spirit of the Promotion, will have their Accounts Suspended. 
6. First Deposit Match Promotions can only be used for the first deposit that the player makes. These promotions will not be valid on any subsequent deposits or multiple ones. 
7. For all Deposit Match Promotions, the player must accumulate 120 Poker Points per $1 Bonus awarded.(for example; 12000 Poker points for $100 deposit)
8. The maximum bonus paid will be $600.
9. The Player has the responsibility to read all the terms and conditions before enrolling in a promotion.

BamBam Poker: General Bonus Policy

The Initial 100% Matchplay Bonus, up to $600, will not be applied in conjunction with any other bonus offer. If any further bonuses are applicable to your account, these will be applied after you have wagered the required number of hands to release the initial deposit bonus. 

All Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. 

BamBam Poker reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that BamBam Poker in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, BamBam Poker reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion. 

In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by BamBam Poker will be final.
