BamBam Poker proudly hosts satellites for $12,000 packages to the Aussie Millions 2009.

The Aussie Millions is the largest annual poker event in the southern hemisphere, hosted at Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia from January 4th – January
26th, 2009.

Crown Casino is one of the largest and most luxurious casino & hotel complexes in the world. The enormously successful Crown Poker Room holds more than 50 tables and continues to expand with the exploding popularity of poker. The Aussie Millions started attracted the world's best players as early as 2001 and is now the major international poker event of January, regularly attracting players like Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey, Erik Seidel and Michael Matesow. BamBam Poker is offering a series of satellites where the winners are awarded a $12,000 package to the Aussie Millions. The package includes:

• $10,000 + $500 (AUD) Buy-in to the Main Event. (approximately $7000 USD based on recent exchange rates)
• $1,200 for eight nights accommodation at the Crown Promenade Hotel.
• Up to $3,600 for flights and spending (depending on currency exchange rates).

The Main Event runs from January 18th to January 24th 2009.
In January 2008, some 780 players entered, making first prize a whopping $1,650,000 (AUD) and second prize $1,000,000 (AUD).
2009 is expected to be even bigger again. Also, there's plenty of cash games action to make you drool and loads of side events as well. 

NB: The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.

SUPER SATELLITES

BamBam Poker will host Weekly Super Satellites to the Aussie Millions on Wednesday’s at 20:05 GMT. The buy-In is $400+$30 and it is a freezeout.
Minimum number of players in the super satellites is 25. The first will be held on Wed November 19th, 2008 and the last one will be held on Wed January 7th, 2009.

SATELLITES

As always, BamBam Poker hosts ongoing satellites to get you into the Super Satellite for less.

Stage One Satellites (Satellites that will get you straight into the Super Satellite):

• Ongoing Sit’N’Go stage 1 satellites to the Super Satellite, $86+$8 (5 players).
• Ongoing Sit’N’Go stage 1 satellites to the Super Satellite, $43+$4 (10 players).
• 19:15 Stage 1 Satellite $50 + $5 Freezeout, 1 seat for every $430 collected, Daily except
  Wednesdays at 19:15.
• 13:45 Stage 1 Satellite $40 + $4 R/A, 1 seat for every $430 collected, Daily at 13:45.

Stage Two Satellites (Satellites that will get you into a Stage One Satellite):

• Ongoing stage 2 Sit’N’Go satellites, $5.5 + $0.5 (10 players), to the 19:15 stage 1.
• Stage 2 Satellite $8 + $0.8 Freezeout, Daily except Sundays at 15:25, 1 Seat for
  every $55 collected to the 19:15 Stage 1.
• Stage 2 Satellite $5 + $0.5 Turbo R/A, Daily at 10:25, 1 Seat for every $44 collected
  to the 13:45 Stage 1.
