I've never played online before. Where do I begin?

Can I try out your poker room without playing for money?
Absolutely. There's no charge for downloading our software and we offer play money tables where you can play for free. Download our software now to start playing.
OK, I've registered. How do I pick a table?
To begin playing poker, first open the poker client and log in. Front and centre you'll see a menu of various games to choose from. To join a table, first select the type of game you want from the "Choose Game" menu on the left hand side, using the "+" signs to expand the folders where necessary. Once you've narrowed down the type of game you wish to play, click on the level of table you want to sit down at. The main list to the right will then populate with tables that meet your criteria, simply double click the one you like and voila, your table will pop open. To take a seat at the table, find an available seat and click on it. If there are no available seats, you can put your name down on the waiting list, by clicking the "Join Waiting List" button.
How does the waiting list work?
Glad you asked. We've designed our waiting list to allow you to wait for a specific table or any table that matches the criteria of the table you highlighted. You can join a table's waiting list at anytime by highlighting the table of your choice and clicking the "Join Waiting list" button.
How do I convert from playing for play money to betting with real money?
Piece of cake. Click on the "Cashier" button in the main window and follow the deposit steps. If you run into any problems along the way, don't fret, our friendly Customer Service team will gladly help you out.
How do I get more play chips while at a table?
If you need more play chips while seated at a table, you must first "sit out" by selecting the sit out option. Once you're sitting out, click the "Get More Chips" button. A window will then open asking you how many more chips you'd like.
How do I get more play chips in my account?
To get some more chips, simply leave the table you’re at or go to the main window (the one that lists all the tables and other options) and click the "My Account" button. You'll now be able to see your play money chip balance on the right hand side, along with a button called "Reset Play Money". Click "Reset Play Money" and you'll be instantly topped up with another 1000 chips. Now you're all fully reloaded and ready to go back and give it another go.
I believe I was cheated. What do I do?
We take cheating very seriously indeed. If you believe that players at your table were colluding, that is playing together, please let us know immediately using the Call Manager button. If you'd prefer to send an email, drop us a message containing your user name, game number, table name together with the time and date to "Manager Chat" tool.
What is dumping?
Dumping is an effort by two or more players to shift chips across accounts, and is usually associated with illegal behaviour. Our software monitors for dumping and we will fully cooperate with the proper authorities in the event that illegal behaviour is detected.
What happens to players caught cheating?
We don't tolerate cheating. Any player caught cheating will be suspended or barred from the poker room. Barrings and suspensions are at our complete and total discretion.
Why do you ask me if I'm sure I want to fold when I could check?
We want to make sure that you're aware that you can stay in the hand for free. If you're sure that you don't want this reminder you can disable it from the Options menu in the lobby.
What do I do if the table I want to play at is full?
Simply join the waiting list, and when a seat becomes available we will call you to your seat.
Am I playing against real people or a computer?
All the players that you see at BamBam Poker are real people. We don't use any form of computerised "bots" or "shills".
