Your personal hand history and player stats will not be available on the new network.
Q. What is the difference between my nickname and username?
A. Your nickname is the screen name that you use at the poker tables. Your username is a string of numbers assigned to you by us, which you will use to log in to the poker client.
Q. How do I start playing poker?
A. The lobby screen is split into three main parts. On the left is the Choose Game tree. Choose whether you want to play at cash or play money tables, register for tournaments, play casino games, or look at the list of players online.
Q. Is my credit card accepted here?
A. We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Moneybookers, Webmoney, Neteller, Click2Pay, Bank Transfer, Express Delivery & Regular Mail. Go to the Deposit section of the cashier to learn more.
Q. Where can I check my account balance?
A. The cash balance of your Poker and Casino wallet is conveniently displayed at the lower left corner of the lobby window. It can also be viewed in the cashier section.
Q. How many play chips do I have? A. Play for Fun accounts have not been transferred to the iPoker platform. You will need to open an account by downloading (links to the automatic download) the new software. Your play money balance can be viewed in the cashier section.
Q. How do I get more play chips?
A. If your play money balance dips below 1,000 chips, you can click on the Reset Play Money button in the cashier to restore your balance to 1,000.
Q. Where are my Action Points?
A. Action points have been converted to money and credited on your account at the rate of 2000 Points = $1. As for new points, you can view your Poker Point balance in the cashier section. Poker Points carry value and can be used to enter tournaments, win bonuses, or trade for cash or merchandise. In general, you require fewer Poker Points for a reward than the number of Action Points required in the Tribeca Network.
Q. What has happened to the promotion I had enrolled in? A. A. Your friend will have the option to keep his or her screen name if it is available. However, if it has changed, your buddy list and player notes will automatically be mapped to your friend's new name so they can easily be found.
To search for a player, scroll to the bottom of the lobby tree (to the left of the main lobby area) and select 'Players'. This opens the Player Search tool. Enter the name of the player you wish to find and click Search. If the player is online, they will appear in the results list along with their location.
